Shipping
We professionally package all corals in insulated foam boxes. Individual coral plugs are held in placed in cell-foam fixtures in specimen cups to prevent them from moving during shipping. The specimen cups are additionally sealed in plastic bags. We have had shippers with unexpected delays but all corals survive due to our outstanding packaging.
We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive and as described. In the very unlikely event of DOA (Dead On Arrival), we must be contacted within 2 hours of package delivery (FedEx/UPS posted time), along with clear photos of the dead coral both in the shipping bag/container and out of bag/container. No exceptions or excuses, no credit without photo. No refunds or returns on Live purchases. Verified DOA's will be fully credited towards future purchases (minus any shipping charges). Once the livestock is in your tank, we have no control over the conditions, so no warranty is implied past delivery. We cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your shipment to arrive late. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost/damaged packages or other acts beyond our control. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
